Empathy

I’ve heard some people toss around the word empathy and talk about how important it is because they read about it in an article. And it becomes clear they really do not know what empathy is.

Here is a clear and beautiful definition.

I’ve been working on it for a while. It can be hard. And awkward. And unknown. But it is so powerful.

May we all continue to find ways to show empathy to others.
