Stand Up For Women

March 8, 2022

It’s International Women’s Day.

It started over a century ago in 1911.

I’m super late to the party, having a different mindset for most of my life.

But now, I’m here for it.

I’m committed to being true to myself. Taking care of myself. Feeling and growing. Being grounded and steady. Standing up for myself and standing up for others.

I’m committed to modeling this. To raising children who know who they are. Who are true to themselves. Who feel and grow. Who are grounded and steady. Who stand up for themselves and who stand up for others.

It’s hard. There’s a cost involved. Things are lost along the way.

But it’s freeing and incredibly worth it.
