Bakery Life - Mix Prep

We have very limited time to bake Friday night and Saturday morning, so systems and processes are really important to us. We look for ways to save time without impacting our quality standards.

One way we do this is make our recipe mixes ahead of time. It typically takes 3-5 hours and saves us all that time when baking.
