8th Polar Plunge!

8 days in a row!! Here’s Ice Bath #8!!
Here is what I have learned so far:
-Water displacement is real.
-Ice baths aren’t that bad. The anticipation is the hardest part.
-The first few moments are pretty cold. But then your body adjusts - possibly numbs - and it is really okay.
-The reported impact is increased mood, energy, and circulation and decreased inflammation. I’ll take it!
-Cold showers aren’t cold after an ice dip. They are actually pretty great!
I think I feel better. But the jury is still out.
