I did another courageous thing today!!

After many years of trying and persevering, I used my Neti Pot for the first time today!!

And I am still alive!!!

Every time I have tried in the past, I felt like I was drowning, panicked, and wasn’t able to see it through.

I know someone who loves hers and talks about how great it feels. I believe her. And also, this had never been my experience.

Today, I tried three different times throughout the day and was able to do it on the third try!!

I wouldn’t say I love it yet, but now I know I can do it and will keep trying!!
