First Polar Plunge!

I finally worked up the courage and took my first ice bath today!!

An important note: Since filming, I learned from Google that you should, in fact, absolutely not warm up in a nice warm shower for at least two hours after polar plunging.

Overall, I give the experience a 10/10 even though my teeth are still chattering and my head was used for hammer practice.
